Would it be okay for me to take Acai Berry?
asb.punkin asked:
I am 15 years old. I am overweight — actually considered obese — and I have been dieting and exercising (but I do make sure that I get the right vitamins through vitamin shakes and eating a lot of fruits and veggies..especially veggies). I thought that Acai Berry would help clean out my system, get all junk out of my system and kind of give my body a fresh, healthy start.

Would it be okay if I took the pills?

Acai berry is just a fruit. It’s not even an herb. It’s no more dangerous than an Orange.
Just make sure to eat when you’re hungry, and drink lots of water.

Yes it would be fine for you to take, it’s only a fruit.
I wouldn’t do those “free trials” they always have some sort of scam attached. Just go to Costco or another store that carries it and get it there. I actually used to eat dried acai berries before it was the new fad diet and they were really good, so maybe get some of those to. Make sure you are staying on your healthy diet though and get some exercise (even if it’s just walking on a treadmill and doing crunches)

Yes the acai berry would help but your concentration needs to be on eating healthy and working out. No pill will magically make you loose weight unfortunately. But you are young and your metabolism is already jacked up with a healthy diet and working out a couple days a week you will be able to see results quickly.

I am not patronising at all but at your age please get help and advice from your parents and your doctor.
Acai berry capsules or juice will do you no harm whatsoever ( I personally do not like the taste of the juice) and take capsules. You do sound like you are doing everything right though so good for you. Keep going. I find that acai does work for me and I feel much better since I started taking it – more energy.
Be careful with your free trials – make sure you can contact the company if you need to cancel – the one I used were contactable by phone and email – I checked this out before giving them my details.
Good luck

Hi. Yes t should work on you also..
..Originally I was just curious about the product and found out I could try it for free. So I ordered a free bottle of acai berry pills online as part of a trial. I only had to pay a couple dollars for shipping and my bottle of Acai Berry extract was delivered in the mail in just a few days.
It was not my intention to use this supplement for weight loss, however I noticed I dropped 23 pounds since I started taking Acai Berry supplements!
Overall my energy has increased and I feel great.I know this part may sound weird but I feel healthier inside my body. Sounds strange but you will feel the same once you start taking advantage of acai berry’s amazing properties.
So far I have not canceled my membership and it has been 3 months. The benefits of taking acai berry can be noticed right away.
Now I understand why the acai berry is the world’s #1 superfood on the Oprah..!
Here is the website from where I bought my free trial:

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good ******** exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
