What are the directions to the Acai berry Pills?

So i got it out of the GNC store, and its the Nature’s Way Acai Standardized,60 Capsules.

There are no directions on the bottle,so im wondering how often i take it in a day, and when i take it (ex. after i eat)

    1. Hold bottle in right hand over toilet.
    2. Remove cap with left hand
    3. Rotate right arm 180 degrees counterclockwise allowing contents of bottle to fall into toilet.
    4. Push down on toilet lever with left hand.

    I’m taking Acai Elite and it tells me to take it twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night.

    Some people do not believe in acai but telling you to throw it in the toilet does not really help does it!
    I take my capsules before breakfast and before dinner and I think this will be OK for you too.
