SERIOUS question. Totally serious?

I heard many things about detoxing your body. I heard when you’re sick with the flu and stuff of the like, that flushing yourself through every few hours with an ***** can flush the infection away and shorten the time that you are sick. I also heard that bentonite clay is a really good way to take what’s toxic in your body, absorb it and draws it out of your body when you use the bathroom. I even heard that the Acai berry is one of the most AMAZING amazon fruits, well fruit in general, out there for fighting infections and free radicals and things like that. Is this all true? What is a really good way to help you mentally focus better and/or clean out your system? Any new suggestions that perhaps I never heard before?

    TO fight infection garlic is great- and vit e and c are great antioxidants-and help fight free radicals and fish oil is good for blood flow and to decrease inflammation- ginko biloba is good for the brain- should help focus and not raise blood pressure or pulse- D

    it is proven that eating almonds as well as other nuts improves concentration,as for cleaning out the system fresh prunes,yogurt and laxative should do the trick.

    The flu is caused by a virus and there’s really no cure for any virus including the cold. You have to let it take it’s course. You can keep healthier with supplements. Try sambucol from iherb.com.

    Stop smoking that ***** and you wont have this problem….put down the pipe and don’t smoke the pot, i know it might be tempting but you need to stop…..whats the matter got a **** test coming up soon??hope all goes well.

    When detoxing the body eat plenty of fruit and fruit juice without sugar. Eat plenty of veggies while detoxing. Eat beans and lentils, eat tofu and quorm,(these are meat substitutes) eat oats,fresh fish. And live yogurt is a great choice for detoxing. It contains valuable nutrients and beneficial bacteria which helps sooth the digestive tract during the detox prosess. Stay away from red meat, while detoxing, candy,softdrinks. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water. And only detox twice a year.
