I ordered the trial, and i started taking it. not so religiously. then i had some major life altering events happen and i completely just forgot about it. is it the type of medicine that needs to be taken the hole bottle in a sequence to work, or should i pick up and take it as the directions say and hope to lose this very unhealthy excess weight. what are some other ways to lose the proper amount of weight before june, i need to loose around 60 lbs. (i know i cant lose it all before june) but sure would like to get a good start at it.

Screw that, go back to old fashion diet and exercise. Its been proven to work for hundreds of years.
