It doesn’t work. It has a lot of anti-oxidants in it, so it would be good for overall health, except blueberries work just as well and are a lot cheaper, but it doesn’t help you lose weight. At all. Not even a little bit. Seriously.

Yes, it’s a great natural product. The acai berry is high in anti oxidants and other things. They are a really great way to help augment a solid an exercise and diet program if you are looking to lose weight.
The Acai berry is gaining popularity because of being featured on such TV’s shows as The Today Show, Rachael Ray and Oprah. What are some of the other reasons why acai berries are healthy?
They also help combat fatigue and other things. I have been using them for a couple months now and I have noticed a difference. The best bet in my opinion is to take advantage of the free trial bottle offer that many companies selling the acai berry offer that way you can decide if you really like them without having to buy.
That’s what I did and I used them along with a diet and exercise program and it worked for me. I found that the acai berry was very good at curbing my urge to snack which really helped since it can be so easy to blow that workout right out of the water for naught if I gave in to my urges and had that mid afternoon snack.

I’ve had a lot of luck using acai berry supplements and colon cleanse products, but the important thing to remember is that they’re just that – supplements! You can’t sit around eating pizza all day and expect a berry to burn off all the extra weight.
The reason I found it helpful was that I’ve always struggled with a slow metabolism – like no matter what I did, I never got the results I wanted with diet and exercise alone. Using a combination of supplements helped boost my metabolism and energy levels so that I could stick with my program and lose weight.
The bottom line – they can be a helpful part of losing weight, but don’t expect them to take off the weight for you!

Yes, Acai works great! There’s lots of antioxidants in it. It’s known as arguably the healthiest food on planet Earth. Unfortunately, it is only grown in South America, mostly in the Amazon Rainforest, and therefore pretty expensive, but it really works wonders and it helps for overall health a lot. You’ll get more and better sleep, it kills cancer cells, it’s a great fruit.

It works IF you combine it with a change in diet and exercise.. but the same could be said with massive amounts of water (which is free)
Give it a try.. buy it at lacompras.com for under $20 with free shipping, and no unexpected credit card charges months later.

But try to avoid a quick weight loss program. It’s not healthy to drop the weight too fast. Successful weight loss requires a lifestyle change, and takes time.
Diet & exercise is the best way to lose weight.
