    Acai berry is like any other fruit. If you eat the fruit, you get its nutrients. But the thing is any other fruit is just as good. I suggest just buying an apple and eating that (if you’re not allergic to apples).

    This won’t make you lose weight.

    I suggest you just eat fruits (good fiber and extra junk), drink water, and exercise.

    The key to weight loss is eating healthy and exercise. That’s all.
