Has anyone out there ever used acai diet products?
Evie E asked:
A friend of mine recently started using a diet product called acai, and tells me it works great. I have never heard of it and wonder if it really works? What are your thoughts?

it doesn’t work, its all a bunch of crap to get you to buy this elusive “acai”. A healthy diet and regular exercise is really the only good and health way to lose weight. What most of the acai places don’t tell you is that it need to be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise…funny huh.

,
My cousin has been taking the Acai Berry for a few months and she has dropped over 40 lbs. It’s amazing how well a fruit from the Amazon can work as a weight loss supplement.

Isn’t your friend (someone you know) telling you that it works great a good enough answer for you?
It works for some people, it doesn’t work for other people. Some people define “works” as improving weight loss results of their diet and exercise, others define “works” as in being able to lose 20 pounds while not working out and eating as much of whatever they want.
Anyway, it’s a decent product but like all diet pills it’s advertising is a bit too enthusiastic about the likely results.

It seems to work quite well for me.
its not a magic diet pill and wont make the weight fall off but its been helping me gradually. i’m not overweight but i am almost at my ideal weight now. What it does it its an antioxidant and helps your body get rid of ‘free radicals’ i dont know what they are but its helping me feel more healthy so it must be good.
dont go for the liquid supplement it tastes disgusting.
as i said though its not magic and there are other antioxidant products out there that cost less..

I think this acai does have merit, but its like everything else out there – it will not make you look as perfect as Eve would of looked like as a perfect woman in the Garden of Eden!
If you doubt this acai thing then try a free promotion before you spend money on a really expensive product. Thats what people are doing now!
This Free $250 acai product promotion that I bumped into, reads well!
Hope this link helps.

Acai is a total scam. Check out this article from the Center for Science in the Public Interest:
Most of the people who respond to your question are people wanting you to buy acai from their website or they are otherwise trying to get you to view shady info. Be careful. The best way to lose weight it a balanced diet, rest, and regular cardiovascular exercise (such as running).
