Do the Acai Berry and TotalCleanse pills really work?

Emily asked:

I have been trying to lose my baby weight, but I don’t really have the time to exercise (I know that makes it harder on myself), but I have been seeing a lot of advertisement for the Acai pills… But I haven’t spoken to anyone who has used them. Have you used them? What were your results?

To lose weight eat healthy and exercise. These pills might help a little, but if you don’t exercise then you’re screwed.

A lot of these pills claim that they’ll help you loose all the weight, but really they don’t do a thing. Proper diet and exercise is what you need.

i just had a baby in august and i tried the trial period and then paid for 2 months no results at all! I spent over 200 dollars a month for it! I was soo mad that it didn’t work! I might have lost like 5 or 6 pounds but I believe it was from my legs shrinking from them being swelled up for all them months. Like you I don’t have time to go out to a gym or jog but I’ve been running in place a few times each day when my son takes naps and I’ve lost 3 pounds this week, and of course taking in small meals a day. I’m gonna keep to it. What I think you should do is try the trial period but then again you really can’t tell in 2 weeks if it works because most bodies can’t get use to diet tablets in short periods of time. Hope this helps you, and good luck!

Most people make the mistake of thinking the Acai berry is the end-all be-all to weight loss.

It’s a very healthy food that is high in vitamins and anti-oxidants, but that’s only good if you combine it with something that helps your body absorb those nutrients.

The way I look at it, something doesn’t become popular unless there is some truth to it working. Maybe it just doesn’t work for everyone, but I’ve seen more success stories than not.

    For example:

It seemed to work for her. My weight is already a bit low so I haven’t tried losing weight, but I have done colon cleansing and I can say that you definitely get an energy boost afterwards, so I’m sure that helps with weight loss.

Regardless the hype, you have to understand Acai Berries are a natural food chocked full of very valuable nutrients. It does have certain chemical compounds which aid the body to flush out built up toxins which are stored in the fatty tissue of your body. To get to those toxins, the fat has to be reduced. No single item or activity will work for anyone, nor will they duplicate on every person.
This may help: Use Acai as suggested by the supplier. Avoid all white foods during your attempt to lose the baby fat. Avoid all vegetable based oils and spreads–always, forever. Olive oil is your best bet. The others as well as defined sugars are considered by your body as toxin.
