No, it’s a good antioxidant but will have no effect whatsoever on your weight.
Diet and exercise do that.
They seen to have the sale of acai berry products sewn up online, Holland and Barratt stock other berries but not acai which grow in Central and South America

Acai berry supplements help you lose weight faster as long as you already follow a moderate diet and exercise plan. I enjoy acai for the energy and antioxidant benefits, for sure.
If you order dry good (pills and powders) from Sambazon, they will ship to the UK. Being from the US, I don’t know which stores in the UK would carry acai. Try any whole or natural foods stores if there are any.
