Talk to people with the same goals, either online communities, online friend or forums, or people you can train with.
Make yourself small goals and allow yourself to cheat twice a week, this keeps you focused when you indulge sometimes.
I’m training too, if you ever want to chat, let me know :)

I heard about this pretty cool supplement, imhappy, that’s supposed to help you lose weight. its helped me out a little bit, i found out about from this site, . there’s a bunch of information on it. i got myself a free sample of it, i’ve lost about 5 pounds so far from not doing so much, so i think its workin. it seems to be worth a try, it got me hooked on it!

Yes I have used it and it did not work. I lost 78lbs in 4 months by using a strict diet and weight training. My research has found that acai berry can cause wicked and demonic reactions when taking in the wrong formate. I suggest a 40/40/20 split diet of protien/carbs/fats and 4 days per week of weight training my 30 min of cardio on each of these days. good luck and stay focused on society.

im using it right now. its only been a couple days so i cant be sure about weightloss yet. i can tell you that it gives me loads of energy and helps me to work out. you can get free trials online but wherever you order from, read their terms and conditions and policies before you buy. they may charge you for a new bottle every month automatically unless you call and cancel. so order a free trial, call and cancel right after, and you will only be charged 4 bucks shipping for a one month supply. if you get a really good supplement, im sure it will work for you. just do a little research first on which companies are scams and which ones are the real deal.

You’re the first person, I have seen, to talk about the Acai Berry. I have a source near where I live, but I havent heard much feed back about it either. I know that the concentration % in the product is not generally given much thought about. If you’re using it, please tell us all.

most of those supplemental weight loss pills work but you have to do something.. they wont work if you sit on the couch and eat potato chips and expect the weight to just fall off..

but… if you work out a little bit and do some cardio 3 or 4 times a week the weight will really drop.. these substances help aid in losing weight but you have to initiate.. also i believe acai berry helps suppress your apetite making you want to eat less

    they also

The most common answer is acai berry cos they are just spammers trying to get you to use a product which probably doesnt work! Whos heard of acai berry??!!
Instead of getting proper jobs these spammers probably sit at home on their a*ses eating pizza all day getting paid about 1 penny for every thousand customers they get to buy from their spams!
    IGNORE THEM

ARGH!!!! No, it does not work. It cannot work, magic diets NEVER work.

Please, don’t believe in that crap!

These people are only after your money! This is a shameful scam, as are all the pills and magic diets proposed in magazines and internet!

    You want to lose weight?
=> Go to a nutritionist. Look at serious web sites on nutrition. You’ll see that to be fit THE ONLY SOLUTION is a healthy lifestyle. But it’s not very difficult to achieve, just common sense and a few good habits (and nothing magic!).

You’ll find below the copy of an answer I made on this topic, it will give you some pointers. But, I’ll never repeat that enough, go and see a nutritionist!

    ———————————

Don’t diet, change your eating habits.

As they say “it’s not a diet it’s a lifestyle”. You should be able to control you weight without it being an effort (once you have changed your eating habits).

Look at people from 50 years ago, or from countries where “junk food” has not yet replaced “traditional” food. People who eat plenty but don’t have weight issues… Basically, change your eating habits and you will have the control you want without feeling hunger or motivation issues.

The best is of course to see a nutritionist, but the basic rules of a good diet are really easy.

Look at the advice on a healthy diet here, they are good starting points:

Here are summarized the basics (copied from an answer I gave to another similar question):

    - NEVER try those bad “magic” diets that are available in magazines, etc. They only want your money, nothing else.
    - ban junk food (burgers, pizzas, etc)
    - limit (or ban) pre-cooked meals from the stores, eat home-made food as much as possible (pre-cooked food is almost never as healthy)
    - don’t eat in excess, but never starve yourself (that’s the WORST thing to do, since it has serious side effects)
    - don’t eat too much meat (especially red meat)
    - don’t drink sodas (very bad for you), drink water instead (it’s an habit to take, after a few weeks you will no even remember you didn’t do that before)
    - eat vegetables
    - don’t eat between meals! (such nibbling is a major cause of weight taking)
    - eat on the morning (don’t leave to school/university with an empty stomach)
    - limit your sugar/candy/chocolate (I know, that’s not easy!)
    - exercise: walk, run, use a bike, do some sport, don’t use a car (when possible of course), use stairs, not the lift (every bit adds up)
    - learn to cook: it’s asking a lot, but cooking yourself (with the help of your parents for instance), instead of eating already prepared food could help you better understand what you eat, helping to control. And it will be always be useful in the future anyway…
=> with a little bit of practice, you’ll be able able to cook healthy food that will be more tasty and less costly than buying it prepared. You don’t need to become a “chef” and prepare very sophisticated recipes, most of the food I eat is simple to make. Since I don’t like to cook, you can trust me that it’s really not difficult. On average, I spend 1/4h to one hour daily cooking, and I usually manage to prepare for several meals (either to be eaten the next days or for freezing). Latest example: leek and cheese quiche with water-boiled potatoes: one hour work for 3 BIG portions. Cost: about 6 euros (roughly 8$). And trust me, after eating that, you’ll feel full!
    - don’t get discouraged!, changing habits is the only hard part, once it becomes natural, you’re a winner

Remember: millions people live like that, they can eat plenty (and tasty) and don’t have weight problems. It’s not difficult, just a choice to make and hang onto ;-)

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good ******** exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Acai Berry works if you combine it with a diet and plenty of exercise.
