Do they really work? Are there health problems that you need to worry about? Around how much weight did you lose and where you satisfied with them? I have been looking into them a little and they offer a bunch of different ones.. which one is the best??

    I’ve never been one of them. You know, who can eat whatever the want and not gain a pound.     Acai is a very healthy product with tremendous antioxidant qualities, but I am not so sure about how well it works for weight loss – and there seems to be no end to the scams and hype surrounding acai weight loss products.

    Losing 23 pounds in two weeks is first of all an unhealthy amount of weight to lose in such a short period of time and second of all highly unlikely to happen from simply using acai berries.

    Likewise, the “testimonial” about eating all you want and not gaining a pound reeks of promotional hype to me and I cannot but help notice the link to products.

    I would say that the best bet would be to find yourself some quality Acai juice, eat smaller portions of a healthy mostly raw and mostly vegetable and fruit diet (organic is best), stay away from junk and fast foods, and exercise so that you are burning more calories than you are taking in.

    A wonderful way to lose some weight quickly and then gradually achieve your optimum weight is to follow the general guidelines above AND incorporate a daily fast each week. I would recommend aternating a day of nothing but dark grapes with seeds and all one week, nothing but watermelon the next, juiced vegetables the next and then perhaps Acai the next on a rotating basis for maximum health and cleansing.
