The pattern for losing weight is easy – consume less and exercise more – the difficulties appear when we actually try to put that into operation! There are loads of opportunities to fail in the real world don’t you think?! The only diet which clearly showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Fox News and CNN. I worked off twenty five pounds, it clearly does produce success!

i haven’t tried it yet, I am looking into it, But i am researching it and ALL the FREE TRIALS ARE SCAMS!!! they will keep charging your credit card and claiming you never returned the item!!!!
if you want to try it, I noticed GNC has multiple kinds, and even Target and probably even Walmart (I haven’t check walmart yet but Target does) carry a vitamin supplement for around $10.
A few people said Whole foods has fresh or frozen berries you can have on cereal or with fruit and there are drinks too.
From what I have read, it seems to work, its not a miracle, but it seems to help. So does green tea. It works as a booster with it. It can help speed up your metabolism.

I have not tried the Acai Berry, but from what I’ve read about it not ONE person has stated how much weight they’ve lost IF they said they lost weight. That tends to make me believe that it’s a scam or doesn’t work or something.
If you truely want to lose weight, try the weight watchers diet or at least a form of it. You don’t have to go there to get the results. Buy a book or two about them and you’ll get the jist. Pretty much every 50 calories is 1 point (depending on the amount of sugar in it usually) and you get so many points a day (I can’t figure that part out for you because I don’t know how much you weigh and how much exercise you get, if any). You can eat pretty much anything as long as you stick to your points. Make sure you eat as many points as you’re allowed, no more & no less. In turn you’re probably eating more than you normally do & that’s the goal. This will increase your metabolism because you’re eating more often. When you eat more often, your body sees it like you have an over abundance of what you need so it will just discard the fat & use u more calories instead of storing it up because it goes into “starvation” mode. Keeping your body out of starvation mode is how you’ll lose weight. Make sense?
As another note, eat smaller portions more often and make sure to get plenty of fruits & vegetables & drink plenty of water all day long and you’ll start shedding the lbs. Increasing your activity level (even if only by 15 minutes a day) will really help to. I know a “life style change” is not easy, but think about your health in the long run. What it boils down to is death or life…which do you choose?
Oh, and for the record, I do not go to weight watchers, but in essence I do it at home. I had only been doing it for 5 days & lost 6 lbs. That’s more than 1 lb a day. Sounds great to me!

Just set ur mind to it & you can do anything!
